Acne’s $2,000 Jeans?
Acne’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection featured a variety of jeans with silver armor style plates on them. Now you can own a piece of the runway, as Acne is creating custom, made-to-order jeans. The silver plates (which are real silver) are designed by Husam El Odeh, a London jewelry designer. But $2,000 for jeans-especially these? Price aside, would anyone wear these?

Sienna Miller was spotted twice out in denim after leaving her performance on Broadway ‘After Miss Julie’. The first time she wore a pair of Acne skinny jeans and another pair of boyfriend jeans I can’t ID. I love the patch on the Acne jeans, it reminds me of the patch on Diesel Matic 8RR. Sienna was also seen heading to rehearsals in the same pair of boyfriends. Do you know what they are? Does anyone else recognise that issue of Nylon Magazine she is signing? Here is a sneak peak into Acne Jeans 2010 Look Book! Embellishments are everywhere this season and Acne’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection featured a surprising new take on the trend, armored patches. The jeans are part of Acne’s “warrior chic” collection, which features blue, white jeans and jackets with metal plating on knees and elbows.
