I like the weight of this pant and how it's a lighter, sateen twill. It looks great in person and is very chic. Fit-wise, I found my regular size to be a bit small, so I went up a size. They are also fairly cropped and hit me right above the ankle (very similar to how they hit the model in the photo) so I think they tend to look better with heels. Since this is a bit more of a streamlined look over the Houlihan, I think they're a lot more flattering.

These are a great red color but I ultimately ended up returning them. These are made from Japanese twill, which is fairly lightweight. I was disappointed with how light-weight the denim actually was and I probably wouldn't wear them in the cooler months since the fabric is so thin. Also, I disliked that the pockets in the front are actually mock pockets and are sewn together. In terms of sizing, I'd recommend sizing up if you don't want these to fit like leggings.
I am a devoted J Brand lover and absolutely love this wash. I prefer darker washes and this one is a beautiful bluish/black color, super dark and flattering. The fit is great too, slimmer and a 10" leg opening, so its very skinny through the leg and slightly cropped. These are my new favorites!
I agree with Jonathan! These are a great go-to for skinny jeans. They're comfortable and the darker wash is really flattering. They're part of Current/Elliot's Deadstock collection, which I love. The fabric and wash are definitely different from other Current/Elliott washes. They do stretch a lot and I sized down but they frequently stretch after one wear, which is unfortunate. The fabric is breaking in beautifully. I suggest that if you can find these, buy them!
I love these! I have them in the Olive/Fatigue color and they're such a great color. They're soft and made of really quality material. They will only get better with wear. They fit as a slouchy skinny pant, which can be cuffed or worn uncuffed. I'd suggest going at least two sizes down, depending on how you want them to fit. Mine are snug but still comfortable around the waist and I went down two sizes. They're also a great value! Under $90 for William Rast quality. Great fabric and comfort. I totally recommend them, they're my new favorite pants.
These are a cute take on the super popular Cargo trend. They're a bit more streamlined and have the pockets on the front, which are a bit more flattering to the thighs/hips than the pocket on the side. The seaming is also really flattering. They are pretty skinny cut though. They're made from a soft, lightweight material, which gets softer with wear. They fit true to size and are pretty skinny. I think the material will definitely get softer with wear. I'd say that if you want to try out cargos, this is a perfect way to go, since the pockets aren't too obvious, that it can still be classic, even after the trend has passed.
I recently ordered these online and thought they'd be more ankle length as they appear on the model. I'm tall and thought they'd hit right at the ankle bone but they're actually pretty long for me. I have to cuff them to make them ankle length. They're super comfortable and stretchy, which I love. I'd say they're in between a jegging and a jean, which makes them really wearable. The wash is really dark as well and hopefully won't fade!
This is a lovely jean! I thought it was a wide-leg jean but it's really more of a flare. Fitted through the leg and a WIDE flare beneath the knee. The wash is one of the best parts, it's super dark and really flattering. The denim is light weight and comfortable, has a great amount of stretch as well. I can't wait to dress these up with sky high heels (they're very long, too! Which I love!) and cute blouses.
I recently purchased these online and wasn't sure what to expect as far as coloring went. They are actually a lot darker than they appear in the photo and have less fading, which is further down the leg. The wash is gorgeous! The fit is nice as well. I ordered my normal size and they are a bit looser but fit well. These are also cropped so they fit right below the ankle but have zippers so they can be unzipped and a little looser. The zipper detailing is great! It adds a bit of rock and roll, four pocket zippers on the front and two on the back as well as at the heels. Overall, they're super cute and very comfortable/broken, which Current/Elliott is known for!
These jeans are super comfortable and slouchy. The fit is slouchy in the waist and thigh, however, the leg itself is more of a "skinny" leg and I can't roll them up as they're shown in the picture. They're more like Current/Elliott's slouchy skinny than a boyfriend style jean. The wash is dark and has nice distressing that increases with wear. They're already broken in and really soft and comfortable.
