Bluefly is pretty good but they don't have that great of deals. I think Saks outlets (off saks fifth) have really great shoes, but usually more smaller or bigger sizes in the really amazing stuff. Great if you are a 5/6 or a 10/11.

nordstrom rack.

i've seen everything from gucci to louis vuitton to john varvatos.. for men.

as for women.. i've seen BCBG, occasional gucci, etc.

you just gotta dig.. lol their racks of shoes are amazing.. you'll definitely find some diamonds in the rough.

i've found some pretty exclusive vans and converses (not really designer.. but the $90-100 pairs compared to the regular $30-50 pairs.. and i've gotten both price ranges for $20.. all vans and converses were $20 so i picked up at least 3 for the price of one regular price)

BlueFly deals aren't great.

Go to NeimanMarcus.com and check in the sales section. My housemate last year got a pair of Micheal Kors wedges and a Betsy Johnson dress for $50 each.

neiman marcus last call has a good selection as well! i was there this afternoon and there were ton of diors, manolos, gucci etc!

Designer Fashion - NET-A-PORTER.COM has a bunch of shoes on sale- high end ones though and they aren't cheap but are a good deal compared to retail. Foot Candy also puts higher end shoes on sale.

NAP has an international site- not sure about footcandy's shipping policies...
