I just got the book. I don't really want to "diet" because honestly I only want to lose about 5 pounds, but I really want to focus on my health this year. Exercise more, eat much healthier and get back the energy I had before I was pregnant with my daughter (who is now 19 months). I have been reading about the South Beach lifestyle and it seems really healthy...did it work for anyone? Any suggestions?
