Judging by the high rise and back pockets, I'd guess that these are Kratts, or similar. You probably don't want these - especially if you have Zathan in mind.

Negative not the right patch.

Yeah, that's what I thought too... unless there was a prior version with a cloth patch.

I also noticed that there are Timmen 70Y´s with different back patches, but this is definitely a 70Y cause I have the one with the back patch from above. When looking at some 70Y´s on ebay.com they mainly have the brown leather patch, the ones on the european ebay sites mainly have the back patch from above...

What's the sizing like compared to Zathan, Safado, other Timmens?

You can go with your usual size in Timmens and Safado. The fabric is pretty rigid in the beginning, but they will become more confortable with every wear and with minimal stretching.

The Zathans are 82R. Generally they run about a size small. From 04?

I got some of these from Yoox and wasn't that impressed. Not worth 140+ imo

thanks. i couldn't find any picture of armand basi boots but i found some similar to them but the sole on them is huge. it's hard to find boots like that with a thinner sole and not as chunky.

does anybody know this previously mentioned wash?
