I received these two very different emails this morning supposedly from the seller and the second from the sellers boss!

I would like to make it clear that I have never asked for a refund without the seller being in receipt of the jeans!

Here we go - sorry they are quite long.


Dear JUDY!!

I will be a bigger and more of a gentalmen to show to you that i do not need to have this frustration form a person that is making this into something it shouldnt be. In the beginning i offered to exchange the item to another pair of jeans ,you said no. I have offered the partial refund to fix the problem you denied. I have acted were proffesional by trying to fix this problem with you, but you instead of fixing the problem with me the seller, would preferr to get people involved that do not hear my side of the store and are only hearing your side. Therefore iam still waiting to get the tracking # from you for the item you have refunded back to me. I am not lowlife i do not need your pennies i will refund you the money only and thats only after the item comes in to America. As far as i know you have never send the item back to me becouse you are not giving me the tracking #, if you would of i would of been able to track the item.You do not wanna solve this like an adult.

P.S. HF is opening they registration in a few days so i will be able to explain my side of the story, becouse you are not being fully honest. I even have MODERATORS from HF and AUTHENTIC FORUM bying from me and no1 ever complained accept 1 girl and i worked it out with her.

Second email from the boss - yeah right! And from the same email address.


After further investigation and talking to all the people that you have dealt with the company came to a conclusion that we will refund the funds back to you. This is the 4th request for a tracking # that you are claiming that you send back to us. We will only refund the funds after the item arrives in NEW YORK. I cannot issue the refund before that time, please take into consideration that i have no possetion of the item therefore i cant issue the credit back to you right now. If you have send the item back to me please provide the tracking #. I have no probelm with refunding the payment back to you, but after i receive the item. Lets just come to some kind of a solution before this gets out of hand, i do not want this to end on the bad terms. Please accept my appology if one of my rep's have responded rudly to your letters. I am the owner of the company and i didnt know evrything that was happening up to date..I just arrived from out of town and revied all the stuff that was happening. But after going thru the letters from you and seeing the letter from my workers i would just like to issue you the full refund and please accept my appology for any misunderstanding.

Hind sight is 20/20. Now he's cowering with his tail between his legs, pretending to be someone else, talking about how he thinks a refund is appropriate. Honestly, what an idiot!! Trying to save face faaaaaaaaaar too late bro.

And oh, that's right, I forgot, we should all bow down to and be scared of mods since they're all collectively the second coming of Christ right? HA!!!!
Is that comment supposed to have some weight to it?

Okay, lets just let this one die. Give him the tracking number, he will refund you when the jeans arrive (hopefully the tracking from the UK to USA is good. End of story.
The rest of us already know in our heads if we will (or most likely will NOT) deal with this company again.
Oh yea, it is amazing the 'I's were consistently lower caps in both letters.

oh my god this drama is getting out of hand. had he just refunded w/o all this $20 business we would all be happy and still be buying from him. i purchased from him before anyone else and my transaction was fine but i started noticing that after a bunch of ppl from hf and af started buying the prices just went crazy high. people shouldn't be too greedy, it gets you into trouble
