Bodybuilding.com is amazing. Full resources from contest prep, to diet and videos of excersises being performed so its easier to learn them.

John Stone Fitness Forums - Powered by vBulletin is another good one especially for people trying to lose weight. Much smaller then bodybuilding.com with a lot more ordinary joe/jane crowd.

Makeupalley has a section on fitness/health, if you're looking for something a little more "low key."
