SMALL multivitamin?

i can't swallow big pills AT ALL! i need to buy a women's multivitamin but i'm scared because i'm never sure how big the pills will be when i open up the bottle. if you take a multivitamin that is reasonably swallow-able, PLEASE let me know the name so i can find it!

Bayer makes the smallest multivitamin I've seen. I have a really hard time with pills and I can take them no problem.

Breaking those big ol horsepills in 1/2 make me taste it more. Therefore I throw-up. I can't wash it down fast enough, even with a flavored drink.

I only found the brand One-A-Day when I did a search for Bayer brand. Is that the one, Rivkah?

I know there are liquid vitamins, not sure if there are any womens kind.. Ive seen them at costco

Yup Bayer makes the one-a-day ones that you can get at any drug store.

I felt so ripped off by the expensive ones at GNC when I couldn't even swallow them when I got home!

whenever you go to GNC they make it sound like you have to get their vitamins b/c they are 100 times better than the normal multivitamins...is there any truth to that?
i hate cutting pills in half b/c it just makes it worse for me, seems to get stuck in my throat easier

are those costco multi-vitamins "big"? cause I find those easy to swallow ...

you could always go get those children's ones ... Flinstones?

i have a problem swallowing pills too...i take the children's gummi bear vitamins. they're yummy! probably not as effective as taking "adult" vitamins, but better than nothing...

^Haha I totally think the same way! I take freakin kiddy flintstone vitamins.. Sooo yummy.. and again better than nothing right?...

i have the gummi bear vitamins too haha they're soo yummy sometimes it's hard to stop eating them!
