Anyone take Group Power or Body Pump classes at their gym?

I have been doing these classes for 2 years now and I am still amazed how it still challenges me and I am still always achy and sore the next day. I love them though. I feel so powerful during and after the class! It really pumps me up!
Just thought I would share... and maybe peak some interest in those of you who haven't tried them yet...

i used to take the body pump classes (back when i wasn't lazy!) and LOVED them. i always got tricked though bc it never felt too tough during the class but boy was i sore afterwards. i should join back up with the gym...

I do the Group Power class at my gym once a week and I always feel really good after! It's not as challenging to me anymore (after a year and a half)... I think my gym should offer more and more new classes =(

You need to keep increasing your weights. That squat track for the current group power launch has my quads and bum aching for 3 days afterwards (I use 2 mediums and 1 small plate on each side).
