What's good to mix it with? Milk, yogurt? Any disadvantges?

The only +/- is what kind of nutrients you add, ie do you want the lactose sugar of milk or not?

My Post workout shake is banana, frozen strawberries, frozen OJ concentrate and water.

Other times in the day I just shake it up with water

Im lactose intolerant so I just use water. It make the shake go down nice and fast.

But if you are using them as meal replacements, fruit is a fantastic additive, and will replace your carbs post-workout quickly so you wont feel as run down.
