What's good to mix it with? Milk, yogurt? Any disadvantges?

The only +/- is what kind of nutrients you add, ie do you want the lactose sugar of milk or not?
My Post workout shake is banana, frozen strawberries, frozen OJ concentrate and water.
Other times in the day I just shake it up with water
