wow you got lucky to not have to file a dispute!!....ughhh yeah thats how I got a pair of fakes, the seller stole pics of real jeans and sent me fakes!!! ughhh well Im glad you got your moeny back!

That stinks! She doesn't deserve positive feedback. I would email ebay all the info and try to get her kicked off. She knowingly tried to screw you! THIS WAS NO MISTAKE!!! She deserves a BIG FAT NEG stating why. (but unfortunately you will get one right back which is just unfair!)

im glad you got your money back but do not leave her positive. if you leave neutral, youll prob get negged and if you leave neg, youll prob get negged. the point of fb is to alert and make aware other ebay users so that they can make smart purchasing decisions, by leaving her a positive, other people will see pretty good fb and not be aware of what is really going on. if she negs you, you can always follow up saying she tried to scam you.

I think I am probably not going to leave any feedback and watch the seller to see if they relist the jeans and then try to get the auction pulled??? But, I can only watch them for so long? Anyway, I am not sending these uglies back unless the seller pays my shipping fees so they may not even get them back at all! Everyone be warned about this seller!!!
