I was sooo good and checked with everyone before bidding....but I should have known something was up when the seller was so nice and ended the auction early for me (no I didn't get them for that price, me and the seller worked out a deal)

Cheryl ~ that tag is definitely fake That sucks - I would contact the seller immediately
post #6 of 30
The tag is fake but imo, the jeans she listed on ebay are real.

I sent a message to the seller saying they were fake and that I expect a full refund, plus my shipping fees to send the FAKES back, within 48 hours.....plus I sent them a paypal money request! Wish me luck!

From now on I am only buying jeans from HM!!!!!
Good luck, Cheryl ~ hopefully the seller will cooperate!
oh my goodness....I can't believe this! That's freaking wrong!
At least you are smart enough to ask for a refund. One time I unknowingly bought fakes off of E-bay (before discovering HF) and I just ate the cost. I could have bought a real pair with the money I wasted!

Good luck!!!

I'm sorry! Such a hassel. Just think about how many people they manage to scam, that don't know/care about fakes

That..sucks....ass! I would be totally pissed! File an item significantly not as described with pp. I can't stand eBay for sellers like that! It makes it hard for honest sellers to do well..

The seller was really quick to refund my money But I am holding out for my shipping fees to be covered before I send these uglies back!!! The seller had the nerve to ask if I would still like us to leave mutual positive feedback....basically I said I wanted nothing else to do with them and to pay me the rest of the money before I notify ebay about them!

Oh...on another note I had a pair of fake SFAM A pockets that I had bought pre-HF that I also pressured the seller to give me half my money back (and it was over 6 months later). Guess I am just good at being bitchy

2 pairs for me. One of the sellers that sold me fakes also did a switch-a-roo. The seller who did this was bustysin. She's a snake! I am sorry that you got sold fakes. I hope everything works out for you, and that u get your money back.

The first time I bought something off ebay I ended up paying 90 for a pair of bebe jeans, when they came they were SO fake with jewels bedazzeled on. I didn't know anything about disputing it so I just kept them to save the hassle... now I know you can't trust ebayers with 99% feedback... it makes me wonder why people even give positive feedback, don't they know what they are getting is fake?
they either don't know or they know and they don't care^^
