Where can I buy 2nd hand designer bags?

Are there any websites (not eBay) that sell authentic 2nd hand designer bags? I'm just a poor student and can't afford to pay retail just yet but I don't want to buy a fake either.

I do remember coming across a Hong Kong based website that sold 2nd hand designer clothing & accessories but I've lost the link. Does anyone know of this site?
