could there be a chance that some of the stuff for sale there are fakes? because ive seen some supposedly good things at a VERY low price....

If they are selling a ton at a low price, not just clearance stock, then yeah it is very probable.

i saw some comme des garcon thing going for Y15,000, and i thought it was just the jacket they were selling, but instead it was an entire suit. wtf? a little too low, dont you think?

its not clearance stock either, its mostly the shit labeled [USED]

If it is labeled used, is it a used garment? There doesn't seem to be different sizes in stock, so maybe it is used?

yeah its used item, says the condition of the items on the right grey box. but still, dont you think the prices for those things are kind of low for the brand? thats something id expect from fakes on ebay. but then again, doesnt ratuken have a good reputation?

are you talking about Rakuten? the Japanese brand name recycle shops?
In general, if the shop itself listed on there is a chain, they don't do fakes at all. In july I went to Japan and I searched those online recycle shops and got my self a LV speedy and Florentine for 50000yen.
I went to the one in Kyoto called Rokoshiro. There are many of them in Japan, and the people there were very professional and legit.
I love shopping for bags in Japan!

sorry cez, but that is the most illogical argument i've ever heard. firstly, her post could hardly be described as "bent out of shape." secondly, much like casio and everyone else "is entitled to their 'own' opinions," she is as well, hence her post expressing her opinion about casio's response. ultimately, this boils down to relativism, which commits the fallacy of self-contradiction.

casio was indeed rude and disrespectful because kahlan was only asking about the legitimacy of ratuken and made no inquiry to the aesthetic quality of true religion. to maintain the integrity of this forum, casiotech should apologize.

until then, we can all agree that true religion definitively looks like shit, and kahlan should thank casio for saving her $250.
