yea she's in NJ and she said she did a 2hr trip in the morning... but there are 3 stores in NJ... 2 in NY I think?
city stores are usually picked clean after the first day anyways : /
can't hurt to try though! ;P

Not greedy at all imo.

There's clearly a demand for it at that price, I don't think anyone thinks they're being ripped off. She could easily sell some of those pairs at much higher than she's asking for, if she put them up on eBay. I'd do the exact same thing if I were her.

i called the stores to find out which ones sold r&r. C21 in Morristown has tons left, in pretty much all the sizes. according to a pf member, The one in Paramus only has small sizes left. i'm pretty sure she went to at least the paramus one because someone at the pf said they saw a lady who bought a whole bunch twice (once one day, again the next day) and she had a kid with her. the ones in manhattan and long island also have some (not sure how many).

nope no charge sends. they claim they can't do it because they don't know if its you using the cc. they're illiterate on the phone and don't know how to work it. i was on hold forever. i asked several stores if they did. i got transfered to like 4 people just to find out if they did them.

yay! I got the pair I wanted! (silver) kdsae so... uhm, what did I get? lol kiedis ameythst? These might be too small for me o_O;; but they're the only ones I really wanted :P~ Maybe the pistols but they seem to run SOOOO big!

I'm so frustrated with this whole thing. It's way to competitive. It's not Izzy's fault - but I really don't think she should have posted when she was posting and what she was posting for sale. There were 30 people in the 24-26 section all trying to get in the same post and pm the same person. There's no way to know who was really first - the whole system pretty much crashed.

^That's true. Shoulda just posted them up whenever &it was whoever was there at that time. Way too much competition. So many people were frustrated and I'm sure she was going crazy too. Don't think it was quite fair seeing as that 50 people were in the 24-26 section &they were all probably trying to PM her at once. But oh well, what can you do. She did a nice thing though for everybody.

It would have made more sense to post in the three threads specific by size. It's too much for the server to handle if 50+ members are all refreshing one particular page every 30 seconds. I'm not complaining though, it's just the way things went.

Oh, or do different sizes on different days like one of the other RR sellers. That'll cut down the traffic a lot. It's fine. It's a lesson for us all to learn to be a better seller. =)

she's doing really well as a first time seller...maybe she just wanted to sort of do this in one swoop and maybe it was easier on her having to list stuff less frequently and not having to ship more frequently, etc etc
