I joined my local gym about 3 weeks ago, I noticed a change already and I'm really excited. My chest and arms look different now, I'm eating a lot, (home made), drinking protein shakes and everything but, about 3 months ago I used to weigth around 175 pounds, now I'm 190 pounds and I want to get rid of all the fat around my waist, I uderstand that in order to gain muscle I can't run everyday, so my question is how many times per week can I run, at what speed and for how long. My jeans are starting to fit tight and I don't want to get rid of them. Thanks

You should fix up your diet first. Focus on eating clean and then worry about the cardio.
