Hmmmmm. At this point, I'd be asking for proof that she at least paid for the postage (post office receipt, usps or Paypal receipt). I know it doesn't prove that she actually mailed it, but that's something you can't really fudge. Either she made it that far in the process of sending them to you, or she didn't. If she didn't, well, you'll have your answer.

i would be pissed at usps - if you paid for sig. confirmation you should have proof she signed for the package. trying to get your money back from them is worthless, in my experience...if you tell them you printed off a label through paypal they act like its out of their hands and it must be paypals fault.

That's a great idea! If she's not refunding money, she shouldn't be able to sell here until all problems are resovled. If days go by without resolution, ban her entirely.

Sellers beware too, I wouldn't sell to her right now either. whit3rabbit, fosterzmom and edith were all the sellers in their transactions w/ her.

Thanks, everyone, for your support! The jeans finally arrived at my house this afternoon!

I think that Sara has had the right intentions throughout all of this, but her responses and actions have not been as timely as I have come to expect from forum members, i.e. maybe she didn't understand exactly that there were other people's accounts being affected by her account and that she needed to do more to get things resolved. But, then again, that's just me. . .

Anyway, this is finally over. And I know I've learned from this experience! I know that the only tried and true way to protect your account is 1) send to confirmed addresses only and 2) PURCHASE INSURANCE!
