why did you reverse payment through paypal? you received my juicy jacket weeks ago and left me positive feedback????? 03061070000170838387.. check the damn delivery confirmation. i'm already having a sh*tty day and now this....WTH

Her account may have gotten hijacked or something.

This happened to me as well! WHat the heck is going on?????? She just bought some COH jeans from me this week! And now I'm out the money. I'm pretty pissed. I hope there is a good reason for this.

just got word back from sara, and her account was indeed hacked. it looks like we'll be getting our funds back in 2-4 days..phew!

But paypal sent me an email and asked for information of this transaction. What do I should? send a reply with the information they are asking me or wait Sara send back the money????

how can you reverse a payment? can you do this if you got scammed, or is it just like if you want to cancel the transaction??

sorry guys, my account indeed did get hacked into. hopefully they didn't get into my actual bank account, but i am not sure yet. I'm not sure how this happened because I do change my password every so often and never click on suspicious emails.

did everyone get their funds back? i got this email from paypal this morning after contacting them the other day:

Dear XX,

We have conducted a review of a payment that you received. In this case,
returning the funds to the sender was determined to be the appropriate
action, and we have completed a reversal of the payment. Good selling
practices, like trackable shipping, prompt shipment, and communication
between buyer and seller help prevent disputes.

The funds from the following transaction have been debited from your
account: XX USD.

etc. etc.
---end---

At first, it was a hold on my account - now they've completed removing the money from my account. I gave them confirmation of shipment via delivery confirmation number and my explanation and now I've been denied. What gives?
