I'm upset w/Boushie because he seemed like a stand up guy. He asked me not to let anyone know this, but this was back in Feb. I bought 2 pairs of diesels from him and there was a 2 week delay in communication. He offered to give me the jeans for free and I refused. I wanted to pay the full amount that was advertised. I'm sorry that you guys had such a bad experience with him and feel lucky that my experience turned out so well.

ok. bobby2151991 ripped off gutter2d, motion, ziggyandthemonkeys and joyjordan19.

-Bobby bought jeans from gutter2d, who then sent the jeans to bobby with signature confirmation and insurance. Bobby signed for the jeans but later did a chargeback. gutter2d automatically lost the dispute even though he had signature confirmation proof because the address he sent it to was unconfirmed.

-Motion was also ripped off by bobby in the very same way - jeans were sent and signed for, bobby did a chargeback and won because of the unconfirmed address.

-He also apparently ripped off ziggyandthemonkeys and joyjordan19. As soon as they paid him for their items, bobby stopped communicating and didn't send either of them their jeans.

he scammed as a buyer and a seller. So, ^ was his scam as a buyer. He scammed as a seller by selling one or two pairs of jeans to about 7 different people. Most did not pay with a credit card, so even though they won the Paypal dispute, they didn't get any money back because he had already pulled the money out of his Paypal account.

so the main problems were:

the people who sent goods to him: people shipped with tracking but it was to a non-confirmed address
the people who bought goods from him: people didn't buy with a credit card through paypal

Theres more... Nbrgme now apparently goes under the ebay name of "TRJEANSLOVER"
and has been bragging about scamming people and making them wait for weeks on end to send payment.

I bought a Balenciaga bag from zolonka for $620.

The bag arrived and it was not in the "excellent" condition she described it as. She also said there were no "rips or tears".

Well the bag arrived and it has a hole, is dirty, faded, discolored, scuffed, and has worn edges. This is NOT OK with me, especially if I paid over $600 for it.

It has been 10 days since I received the bag and contacted zolonka. She has only written back once saying she is in a terminal. I saw her logged on 4 days ago on the purse forum.

Also, she apparantly sold a non-existent gift card on another forum.

DAMMMMMMMMMMMMNNNN....You see...not for nothing the whole scamming BULLSH*T happens more and more during this seasons{holiday}. I swear...so EVERYEONE be on point with who you purchase from....seriously. I HATE TO SEE PEOPLE GO THROUGH THIS

Michelle....it would be nice if she just paid NY98 and tried to start over or explained your actions but i dont think that will happen. its a shame really.

ive asked dave to delete my 1st post on here because after i wrote it things were found out after talking to others. we did some detective work now that she's changed ebay names and created a new account it just looks sneaky imo.

I would like to know, how does one get their ebay and paypal locked up if they did nothing wrong???? I mean, I can see for a short investigation, but, for months????? I know of two other times that ebay found out her new ebay ID at the time and locked those up to. Now I guess she's off to another. Oh and the whole divorce thing from my opinion and dealings with her for the many months, is a load of crap!!! Just more excuse!!

I'm so sad to hear that. I really thought maybe she was an honest seller.

She didn't exactly give me a full refund, she just paypaled me $104 first and then she said she had no money and offered me a pair of TRs and called it even. Although, she did give me that because I threatened to leave bad feedbacks and start drama.

I was new when I bought the fake Gucci and was naive enough to WIRE her the money. That could have been really bad.

Seems a lot have been victim to the ol, I want it, money is commin and then well, lets just trade scheme. I was almost myself. She got pissed that I changed my mind and just wanted the money. But at least I did it within minutes in the same conversation and not days or weeks and it was not my intention to start with. UGH!!!!!
