US Mail Fraud

lets get a list of everybody who has cheated people in the HM.

here is what we got so far:

bobby2151991 -
ebay names: bobby2151991, crosscountryman.2006, dieselismylife
real name: Ahmad Bagheri
address: xxxxxxxxxx San Dimas, CA

Bobby ripped off: gutter2d, motion, ziggyandthemonkeys, joyjordan19, BPD, tniaskr, kydrizer, T171, ccchen and pinchy.

What happened:
-Bobby bought jeans from gutter2d. gutter2d sent the jeans w/ signature confirmation. It was determined that Bobby used unauthorized funds, and gutter2d automatically lost the money because he sent it to an unconfirmed address.

-Motion was also ripped off by bobby in the same way - jeans were sent and signed for, Motion lost the money because he sent it to an unconfirmed address.

-He also ripped off ziggyandthemonkeys, joyjordan19, BPD, tniaskr, kydrizer, T171, ccchen and pinchy. They all purchased jeans from Bobby but he never delivered the merchandise.


Information turned into the FBI


could have been prevented by:
  • not shipping to an unconfirmed address (from the seller's point of view)
  • paying with a CC through Paypal (from the buyer's point of view)

What happened:Kenics paid by paypal with her bank account, but boushie never sent rehan's jeans, and we didn't figure it out till after 45 days was up

apparently ripped off Libby for $135

Jahmmy ripped an HFer off, never responded, and later came back under another name - JuneP. JuneP did a trade with an HFer, the HFer sent her jeans to JuneP but JuneP never sent hers to the other HFer.

could have been prevented by:

xtcbebe
girl78 paid her for some jeans but never received them. girl78 tried to contact her but xtcbebe never responded. I think girl78 filed a complaint with Paypal and won, but there was no money in her account so she never got a refund.

could have been prevented by:

What happened: carol017 and outdoorzgirl bought jeans from Becca but she never delivered the merchandise. lizlikeshugs purchased a Balenciaga bag said to be in excellent condition from Zolonka. Bag arrived dirty, scuffed and containing holes.

sells fake Diesel jeans.

Sold the same pair of jeans to multiple memebers and never actually sent them to anyone or refunded anyones money.

Wow, I'm surprised about Nbrgme, she sold me a fake Gucci without knowing it but refunded my money + 10% as per old HM rules. It took her a long time though because she said she's going through a horrible divorce and really needs money.

As for Bobby sold non-existent items multiple times. He also bought items with an unconfirmed address and then filed chargebacks!

i had a problem in the Mall last year- i sent something global priority and the person claimed they never got it and I was out $110 b/c they threatened to file a Paypal claim and I knew I would lose. I had my suspicions, but they had good fb from other sellers in the mall so I figured they were telling the truth. A few months later I got a PM from a mod here telling me that this person had done the same thing to other people, but I never found out the details or who the other sellers were. When I talked to paypal on the phone they told me that she had 3 addresses registered in the U.S. plus one overseas, so possibly she had positive experiences with people who would not ship overseas to an unconfirmed address.
I dont like making unfair accusations, but based on the info i have this person is a scammer and if she ever shows up on the forum again I would like sellers to be aware of what she does.
I dont want to mention her name here just b/c i dont know the details of the other transactions, but if anyone had something similar happen to them PM me.

xtcbebe - girl78 paid her for some jeans but never received them. girl78 tried to contact her but xtcbebe never responded. I think girl78 filed a complaint with Paypal and won, but there was no money in her account so she never got a refund.

Boushie ripped me off too. I got some of the money back through paypal, just what was left in his account, but it was only like 60% of the total price.

I had paid with my bank account too, because I had bought from him before and it was totally fine and he was really nice...

poor michelle, she is a very nice lady really, but has come across some hard times and i feel really bad for her. but shes not been on here in a long time now. i hope she is okay. i tried selling her some of my jeans but she took forever to pay (others have had this issue as well on here) that was the only irritating thing. other than that shes been completely great to buy sell and trade with. if she only would have told me her home life situation i prob would've understood. not that im supporting the fact that she bounced her check and has not gotten in touch w/ kelly or the other involved. its just odd behaviour imo and i do really hope she is okay. but she doesnt reply which has me very concerned about her well-being.

This should probably be a sticky. And _NOT_ in the thread-death area of "drama." Also, to avoid it becoming a place of bickering, it may be worthwhile to lock it and only allow mods to add information. Certainly a sticky, definately not in drama.

baboonut sent me a pair of jeans with a hole in the ass that was stitched up. The hems were coming loose. Here's a link to an old thread. I appologize for any rude comments at that time, I was really angry, he never said that these were seconds and damaged. He also sold zeeklee a pair of jeans with holes in them. His sale post stated these were new with tags in the first post at the end.

yes, in the sense that they would at least get their money back, but the scammers are still scammers. I don't think you can make people pay with a credit card though. As some have pointed out, they don't have a credit card or don't want to use a credit card.

Have you contacted him? If not, PM him and ask him when exactly he mailed it and how it was mailed. You're in Canada, he's in the states, yes? Maybe it got held up in customs. That's fairly normal this time of year.

yeah, i pm'd him and email'd him several times and still no response, i go to the memberslist area to see if he was here recently, and he was here and there, still... no response... im hoping its held up at customs..
