Lunch: 8 Chic-fil-a nuggets, large waffle fries, giganto pepsi at a mall foodcourt with co-workers

Dinner: Spaghetti Carbonara with sauteed chicken and a big glass of milk. Its bland looking but this meal is Fat City: Bacon fried in butter with parmesean cheese and heavy cream plus 4 egg yolks.... I can feel my waist getting bigger and my heart clogging.

snack - mixed fruit (100 calories)
lunch - small chicken salad with goddess dressing from trader joes (about 300 calories)
snack - baked flaming hot cheetos (130 cal. per serving)
dinner - rocky road candy bar (240 calories - 11 grams of fat!!!)

I did so good until dinner time!!!

you haven't even broken 1000 calories yet?!?! a 115 pound, 5 foot 5 in, 22 year old female needs 1300 calories to survive, laying on a bed, breathing..... are you a hobbit?

Last night I drank a box of the "Sam Adams Winter Classics" last night and did so in a fairly short period of time... so I slept in late and went to Trader Joes in the afternoon. Then I came home and had a late lunch:

Grilled crustini with prosciutto, roasted red peppers, sliced roma tomatoes, whole milk motzarella, portabella mushrooms on a bed of baby greens tossed in a balsamic vinagrette. I also drank a couple of liters of water in the process.



Then I sat around and drank some random Trader Joes sake. Not too bad, but not incredible either. Best when Ice cold.



Then a late night dinner: Medium rare hamburger with the rest of the portabella mushroooms, swiss cheese, tomatoes, red onions and spicy brown mustard on the two butt ends of WONDERBREAD. Reminds me of Eddie Murphies standup about hamburgers. I also began, and am still drinking a bottle of 2000 Marchesi di Montecristo Nerello del Bastardo.Excellent wine for the price of $9.99.

I am so not the healthiest eater...hahaha...but here goes...
Breakfast: Honey bunches of oats cereal and a iced coffee.
Lunch: Tortilla chips and fresh salsa, Iced tea.
Dinner: California rolls and a huge, huge pile of edamame, water.
Snack just now...4 mini hershey bars from the halloween candy stash...

8:30am One small bowl of Cream of Wheat, small glass of oj
11:30am, early lunch, one bowl of homeade chili mac, glass of water

Husband had wisdom teeth out yesterday, so I am alone for dinner....maybe
Trader Joe's Garlic Hummus, Trader Joe's Pita Chips...and more water....

So exciting.....please make me feel better and someone post all the junk they ate!

yesterday:

breakfast: bowl of cereal, glass of OJ
lunch: @ Panera i ordered: bowl of chicken noodle soup with sides of a half french baguette and a 1/2 order of a house salad and a glass(es) of water.
dinner: @ Red Lobster (of all places.. me and my best friend.. she wanted pizza.. so did i.. but all the pizza places around where we were had a 1.5 hour wait!.. but Red Lobster had a 20 minute lol) i ordered: Cajun Chicken Alfredo with a Caesar salad, endless biscuits (SO effn good!!) and a glass(es) of water.

today all i've had is..
breakfast: bowl of cereal

... got up at like 11.

oh hell no!! ahaha LECHON. did you go to some huge filipino party? that's the only time i ever see one!

speaking of sinigang.. i have some in my fridge haha my mom dropped off a huge tupperware of it the other day.. and i have adobo too. haha

5000 calories...Godamn how do you manage to eat that many calories with healthy eating?

You must have a metabolism like mine, I eat like a horse and I never get fat. I have even had trainers at my gym ask me when I do my cardio, and if I do it for hours.

And I barely do any..

GoSpastic Im doing Mongolian buffet barbecue tonight. Im suprised they havent kicked my fat @$$ out yet

yeah i'm 100%. most people think i'm either mixed or like korean or something? no clue why.

that's ALOT of food. holy crap. where was this place? looks good!!

as for me..
