"Sizzling three musketeers" I believe this is a cantonese style dish, it contained scallops, shrimp, and beef with a sweet and brothy sauce....tasty

Cureently getting ready to go out and working on the odd beers I find in my fridge.....rolling rock, busch, and bud select. A strange combo I guess

Midnight snack:

Seared italian bread, w shallot/roasted garlic and herb compound french butter, leaves of fresh basil, fresh roma tomatoes, whole buffalo milk motz., salted preserved saardines cut into slivers, Mini Portabello mushrooms quick sauteed, shaved 48 month aged parm, sea salt and cracked black pepper.

I wish I hadnt run out of prochuitto and wine, but oh well....

Tasty, Fast, Fun.

i ate a lot today:

1 pork chop

one starbucks breakfast sandwich

1 more pork chop

whole grain tortilla chips

lots of dark chocolate

3 tablespoons of nutella

spaghetti with capers and shrimp

1 protein shake

more nutella

more chocolate

asparagus soup

some cheesy bread

that is all.

I started early and took a nap somewhere in there. If I get too drunk you are better off having me type than talk, you will almost certainly understand what I type (despite many misspellings) but I might not be able to speak very well. I can thank years of drunken IRC chat for this.

I have only been posting the good looking food. I still have eaten pizza rolls and McDonalds. Cooking is a hobby of mine and if I have the ingredients sitting around and can stop myself from being lazy I would almost always cook it myself... unfortunately laziness and conveinence win out too often.
