Thursday meals:

Breakfast:
2 pieces of peanut butter(reduced fat) toast
16oz Skim milk
Met-Rx Big 100 Protein Bar - Chocolate Chip Graham Cracker(Better known as Chalk flavor)

Lunch:

Two Deli style Smoked Turkey and provalone Subs(1/4 turkey and two slices of cheese per sammich)
Small salad with carrots, onions, black olives, and hard boiled egg
Diet Mt. Dew fountain drink

Dinnner:

Two .6lb chicken breasts, 3 red potatos, Baked
Large salad w/can of solid white albacore tuna, and shredded cheese, newmans own light honey mustard dressing
16oz skim milk

Before bed: Protein shake, 40g of Whey, skim milk, a banana, some strawberries all blended together. Tastes surprisingly good.

Corn tortillas w/cheeeese and fresh salsa and guacamole

bunch of raw vegetables/ kimchi
Tofu tacos w/cabbage and guacomole
SNACK dark chocolate
pecans and ginger

The nib is the nut from the cacao fruit (cocoa bean) that all chocolate is made from...

Since you like dark chocolate so much, you should try some! You can get them at most health food stores these days...although in their natural state they may be too bitter for some.

Cacao is ridiculously high in antioxidants...20 times more than wild blueberries... also very high in magnesium, iron, and chromium among other things

- Chicken, green beans, and creamed spinach from Boston Market (Why do I eat there? Dunno -- they must put crack in the creamed spinach.)
- Mexican mocha @the BF
- Leftover lasagna that I made yesterday
- Leftover apple crisp that I made yesterday, nuked, w/ vanilla bean ice cream topped with pomegranate, washed down with a nice ice wine (had friends over)

In the morning I had two eggs and two cups of coffee, at 10 am cup of coffee, at lunch a banana an apple a pear and a yogurt with a bottle of water, at three a bottle of water, at % pm two cups of coffee and three oreos, at dinner three Michelobs and half a blt sandwich from "The Vagabong" where my wife went for lunch and one pork chop...
