I think it will be two weeks on Monday (correct me if I'm wrong, I don't see an actual date, just an implication of when payment occured) since Liz paid. I'm a really patient person if I'm waiting on a pair of jeans, but if I shelled out $1500, I would be antsy at this point too. However, I definitely agree about the friend. If the bag gets to Liz (or her friend?), I don't think there's really a legitimate reason for her to return it. Buyer's remorse is no excuse. Sometimes mail takes longer than it's supposed to, and you take that chance whether you purchase something from someone on Ebay/HF, or from an online store like Nordstroms or Revolve.
