What is the most you ever spent on: shoes, a handbag, or jeans?

I have to admit, I don't really like to part with my money...because I don't make much!
Shoes: $120, Nike Shox
Handbag:$65
Jean: My one and only pair of COH Ingrid Flares in Pacific $101.50

This should be interesting...I love to hear about other people's indulgences...makes me feel better about buying something

shoes-100ish? All shoes hurt my feet so I don't like to spnd a lot on them, I wouldn't wear shoes if I could!
handbag-I spent 200 on a diaper bag does that count?
jeans-280

Handbag: $172 for a large Coach Scribble tote. I am not big on handbags and it was an impulse buy. It's cute but I kinda wish I waited for a more versatile bag. I love the size and how it holds things well but it's really only good for summers.

Jeans: $169 for NWT TR Sunshine Joeys. I could have gotten them for $100 if I had waited until now. I wore them maybe eight times all summer and still have not gotten them hemmed. But they are the best fitting jeans I have ever owned.

Shoes: I am also not big on shoes but I just bought Uggs at DSW for $100. I go to school in Santa Cruz and Uggs are great during the winter for walking up/down hills. But I will probably return because I don't like the dark brown color as much. I'd need to pay $40 more for the color I want though.

Shoes- $100ish for a pair of workout shoes

Jeans- For myself- $198 SFAM Lace A pockets. Sadly, I have spent more on my brother- $209 SFAM Nakita Slimmy. I rarely buy jeans at retail for myself. I have to want them badly!

Bag- Marc Jacobs Black Stella Bag- $995

bags - around $170 for a Coach
jeans - $165 for SFAM Sugarplums, though i sold them b/c they looked like crap on me. 2nd highest is a pair of TR Woodstocks for $150 and I have 2 other TRs that cost around $130
shoes - got $150 pair of Uggs once but didnt like them so i sold them. i agree with mozzalicious that most shoes are uncomfortible and i've gotten my most comfortible footwear for $30-$50 so i dont tend to spend a lot on shoes

Jeans- 280ish

Bag: $420...kind of a lot, but I'd wanted that bag for months. But I can feel another bag splurge coming on in the near future...

Jeans: $280, my first Tsubis.

Shoes: $258, boots from Anthropologie.

Handbags: $150 is usually the highest I've pd, I have a lot of Dooney and Bourke, but they'e usually gifts

Jeans: 180 - only on two pairs, my RR Wingers and my TR Rainbow patchwork... and they're my most worn pairs, so I don't feel guilty at all.

Shoes: $345 for Manolos - I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for with shoes, so all my dress shoes are pricey. I'd rather have one really nice pair last me forever than six mediocre ones that hurt my feet and last a month.

Bag-$110 for a coach bag. I've been given more expensive ones though.

Jeans-$150 SFAM crystal flynts

Shoes- $130 nike shox, I don't spend very much on shoes either. Almost all of mine I buy on sale. Actually now that I think about it, most of my stuff in general I purchase on sale.

shoes: $350
bag: $130 on a jack spade

Jeans: $200 on a pair of R&R crowns that didn't even fit right. Grrr.

Shoes: $190 on a pair of Born Nome's...all you girls buying uggs-- you should check these out. They're really cute, and comfy, and they actually have an insole that holds up. Great winter boots. Then $180 for my shox TL that I can't even run in b/c they're not really made for the way my foot hits when I run. Ugh.

Bags: I don't really carry purses. I got a super cute coach wristlet from HM for $35 that goes everywhere with me though.

I live in Sydney and you can sometimes get genuine tsubi for as low as $200 AUD ($150 USD), depending on the style.

If you ever want me to have a look around for you, just let me know what style and size and I can price it for you to see if it saves you money.

In fact I'm absolutely kicking myself because about a month ago both Tsubi and Sass and Bide had their huge annual sales (where jeans can go as low as $70 AUD!) and I found out about both AFTER the sales were over. I was GUTTED.

Imagine - a HF member missing a designer jean sale! I should have taken myself off this site!
