1.) material looks cheap
2.) the seller is selling many of the same style and cut
3.) starting bid is really low. what i've noticed for r&r's on ebay, most of the starting bids are $35 and up

I'm trying to find an example for you, but I can't really find one that;s so obvious. But I saw a few last week...

That is the main thing. So far, every authentic R&R I have seen has had a very high quality denim. So if they look cheap, I guarantee you they are cheap.

Also, the "R" on the back pockets of fake R&R looks very cheaply done. The "R" is R&R's signature, so you know that it is going to be done very well.

Other than that, I would say if you are unsure, post pics and someone on this forum should be able to help you.

Okay, going by what the two of you have said, I would say that the pairs I have are good. I was thinking that maybe there were more tell-tale signs to look for (i.e. tags, cut #, placement of the "R", etc....) I want to list them on Ebay, but bought them from the Rack and wasn't sure if they were the real deal or not. I can PM you my pictures if you want to take a looksy!

Thank you so much!!
