believe it or not, that's usually the case for me.. I get more compliments from guys about my physique than I do from girls... mostly because the only time people get to see me wearing anything less than a t-shirt and jeans is in the weight room (it's against gym ettiquete to be conversing with the opposite sex

yep, I know alot of bodybuilders who stick to the same type of precompetition diet (just meat and some type of alcohol)... the meat provides massive amounts of protein without the added bloat that some protein powders give people...and the alcohol aids in the "drying" out process...
FYI: the Beer Belly effect is not actually directly caused by alcohol calories (1 gram of alcohol = 7 calories) since only about 5 percent of those calories get stored as fat (you would find that most true alcoholics are actually very skinny and emaciated), the rest of the 95 percent just get burned off as energy... however, the Beer Belly is more likely caused indirectly by alcohol because of the typical increase in appetite while under the influence and I'm sure very few of you can say that you have never put away a whole pizza/oreo cookie package/two taco bell meals/etc by yourself after a heavy ass night of drinking
