^ Something looks wrong there... The cropped blazer is way too small for you - the arm length is too short and I'm not sure if you're able to button it up. And wear a looser crew T-shirt or a V-neck.
the blazer is just fine, he wont go to his office for work, but goes for the casual look, so the arm length is jsut right and also the fit is great, but this t-shirt man destroys just everything, go with a shirt or a v-neck liek avanti said.

^ ha, may be, or may be not. the size is right, its just how its made, the arm length is fine, i think all blazers have shorter arm for the shirt. Plus its the way they make them here, I've seen and tried a few skinny/slim blazers, all fit pretty much the same.
The back picture looks weird its cos my arms in my pockets thats all.

About the tee, I'm tired of V-necks HONETS. and picture looks washed out IMO, the tee is blue and gives great color combination IMO. Just something I wanted to try.

Gio is right indeed, I'm not to the office, just casual.

The sleeves are suppose to be about 1/2 - 1 inch or so shorter than your shirt sleeve so the length is fine. The shirt sleeve is suppose to land right at the tip of your wrist.

Most people here aren't young enough to be pulling off the cute look with long sleeves covering over our hands.

Maybe it's just me, but I'd add a bit more color.

Pic old, longer hair now. But, in all honesty, should we take your opinion on what hair should be like?
