I don't sweat much, but then again I eat alot of salt, so that probably does it. And apparently creatine has something to do with water retention.

ya creatine attracts water to your muscles at the expense of everything else.

that's because they aren't necklaces, they are rosaries. and even though i'm am largely anti-religious, i still think sporting a rosary as a fashion accessory is straight up ridiculous.

I have always sweated like a BEAST regardless of physical activity or condition. I'm not a skinny guy but I also get a ton of exercise, BUT when its hot and humid I could be sitting completely still and sweat will pour down my face. I think its genetic - my dad is the same way.

*lol* the sweat thing is funny

I sweat like a freakin' pig. It's awful (unless in the bedroom, but that's a whole
other story), especially when you are sitting there doing nothing...or when I get really nervous.

I'm actually looking into botox in the armpits to stop it 'cause it's just that bad.

I have come to accept my sweatiness. I also sit in the sauna for like 25 minutes after the gym - you sweat it all out then hhehee and its also nice when its like 95 degrees outside. Once you've spent a half hour in 185 degrees, 95 feels practically balmy!

Sweat has been the bane of my life!!!!! In high school, I would come off the Vball court & go in to the bathroom for a half hour to cool down. All the other girls, would go scam on the the other school's boys, but there was no way I could participate. My hair would literally be dripping, and my face beet red!! I think I just get heated really fast. People who have seen me after playing Vball now, just laugh, because they aren't used to seeing me all nitty gritty, ever!

On the upside, I did have the best skin out of all the other girls, and wonder if there is any correlation at all...

Ahh, but you are big manly man. You are allowed to sweat! Pit stains on a girl is decidedly NOT HOT. I get around it by wearing tank tops (or really dark colors)...lots of them...constantly.

I freakin' LOVE sitting outside in the immense heat and just sweating. The sauna is fan-freaking-tastic! *lol* this is awesomely gross

Yep, I agree with you guys about genetics. I don't sweat at all. When I work out I will start to a little. Some super fit people sweat, some super unfit people sweat. Who the hell knows?!?
