Works for me (and I'm obviously not the only one).
Not a fan of your shoes, but everything else looks good, and you have obviously mastered the art of buying jeans that fit. +1

People are inherently afraid of being "called out" on what could be viewed as cowardly negs, so they'll make sure to have a truly sensible reason for negging a post before doing so.
I do not want to lose the ability to see who negs my posts solely because some people who senselessly neg will no longer have the balls to do so; either grow some thicker skin and be willing to stand by your opinion or don't click a button in the first place.

Why would anyone neg this? This is one of the most sensible arguments I have heard on the issue.
If anonymity is taken away, we will see more +1 and less -1. Think Tee's anti-fan-club will still have the stones to neg everything he says? Alternatively, more people will +1 posts by mods (think Lorna's WAYWT posts going from +17 to around +30). Hopefully, if people can express approval/loyalty/whatever to their favorite mods or forum A-listers simply by giving them a +1, that will cut down on the 1-2 pages of "wow you're so awesome" that inevitable follows certain people's picture posts.
