The shirt is Guess actually. Their small fits similar to a Diesel medium but a little shorter if that helps. i have a hard time finding slim-fitting shirts too...

I would have bet money on it that it was a BOO piece...

i thought it was very obviously not a BoO shirt, but its easy for me to spot them since i have a bunch myself. personally i think that the sleeves and shoulders on the guess shirt are cut quite poorly based on that photo, though the rolled and pushed up sleeve slightly masks that fact. a BoO shirt is cut to fit well yet slim, that guess shirt just looks to me like it is a size too small rather than being a perfectly fitted cut.

It does not have perfect sleeves but for $60 I didn't expect it to. I like the "slimness" and the length and I think I'll still wear it even though it's not a BoO....
