WAYWT What are you wearing today? - Page 50

ya...

i was kinda being a little tongue n cheek about the whole short blazer but the point was really that a short blazer that may have the pockets slightly lower can easily be considered a trendy thing. of course if you feel conscience about it then dont do it cause it would end up messing up with your confidence.

but yeah go check some of the Dior blazers are really short and the pockets were purposely made to be very low.

for suits though, try to make sure your blazer looks good with the slacks that come with it. im not too keen of a believer in the fact that your suit blazer can be your casual blazer or your "everything" blazer.

do you wear your jeans as high as you wear slacks? hope not and thats one of the fundamental reasons behind my point. even for a modern slack cut that has a slightly lower rise, it's a good idea to have a casual blazer and leave the suit blazer for well...the suit. that's ofcourse if you can afford it but all in all not buying one pair of jeans should do the trick and we all have like...20+ jeans? surely the marginal benefit of your first blazer would be higher than the marginal benefit of your 20th jean right?

oops forgot my main point in practice. in practice what i mean is that when you're getitng your suit customized (pulled in, hemmed short, or whatever) make sure you're wearing the PANTS THAT COME WITH THE SUIT and not a pair of jeans. just dont be lazy or its a waste of alot of money -p

reason is as stated earlier.

No, it's an old trend now--several years old this time around--but people are still doing it. C&C is one brand that makes very long tops to peek out underneath a shorter tee layered over the top. Short jackets and shrugs have been in style as well.

I think some people layer unknowingly. I wear two tee's sometimes because it gets bloody cold here and I would rather not get my fourth cold in two months!

few brands that exploits the idea of belonging? i'd say this is what all fashion is.
