What Diesel are you wearing today? - Page 1080

I'm rocking 8BT today... I got these in 29 and although they feel very comfortable and right, i feel like I should be wearing 28 where its uncomfortable for the name of fashion... ahahaha..

but these jeans absolutely feel amazing and its quality is unmatched to any other diesels I own.

Ohh man this 8bt fit amazing on you!

I'm never try any DBG - can you compare the excess to any diesel cut, Thanks.

oh Shlomi you have got to give it a try...  this 8BT is made in Japan one of the best washes in my opinion w/ its details that photos just don't do it justice.  I think this particular pair fits in between thavar/shioner..  So the Excess is similar to Thavar/Shioner.  Reason I said that is its got nice sized thigh area like Shioner, but not its low rise.  its mid rise like Thavar.

check out Yoox they carry some and wait for discounts.. its a great buy.

Try Superbia if you like for skinnier fit similar to Tepphar but w/ twisted inseam.  I have 2 Superbias BG80M and BG60E which are very nice as well.

Thanks DC, I'll try it.

Denim Collector so, you say that we should use our Thavar/Shioner size when buying the Excess?

You really made me check it out, as it looked pretty good on you(although your concern about the size). So I checked Diesel Black Gold's online store and they all look nice. Maybe this will be what Im gonna be looking at when I don't like anything from the next collection.

be careful with excess, its one of the best cuts IMO. but i have 100% cotton excess in 29 and they fit great and i have a pair that is 60% linen and 40% cotton in 28 and they are pretty big, could fit a 27 easy!

Absolutely correct Glorious.  it depends on the materials like any other Diesel Jeans.. if there's a linen blend in there the jeans are super soft so should size down.. but if its 100% cotton i'll just get your regular size....

As you guys know 8BT is super hard to come by, so I couldn't really find a 28 that's reasonably priced (there's a 28 on eBay right now but its out of my budget).. so had to do w/ 29 which still fits in my opinion.

8BT essentially retired my Shioner 805A and Thanaz 74K at once!

Yeah I found the eBay listing and it's my size. If it's still up next week I'll most likely pick it up so I'll be home within the expected delivery.

the 28's??? Email the guy - he's also semi active forum member he may be able to get you some discount at least don't need to pay eBay fees.
