Are those Carhartt Sid pants? How's the sizing on those -- looks like they're only sold in even waist sizes. Being a 33, should I size up or down?

 

Also, would a 34 length be a true 34?

not actually, but that's not a hard size to find. i think half an year ago there's a pair of 30x32 on ebay, selling for a reasonable price
