What Diesel are you wearing today? - Page 806

Actually if you compare, Thavar backpockets are exactly identical as Safado ones...except the little stitching on the upper corners.

I don't own any Safados but for some reason I was under the impression that the back pockets are also spaced slightly farther apart than on Thavars... proportionately of course. At any rate, that's going backwards! Thavars are perfect the way they are, I just wish there was an inbetween option for us that love the Thavar design but want a slimmer leg opening.

They look nice Baltimore! I dot think thavar will stack well without factory pressing because of the double stitched inseam
post #20129 of 27606
Very nice 72L Baltimore. Almost as good as mine, haha. Just kidding.

Levislad, Thavar 880M fit perfect on you! It's just your size, you don't need slimmer. If it were tighter it wouldn't look really great as now!

Thanks to everyone who loves my new Thavar 8880m. I never said I needed slimmer if people misunderstood what I meant. I love them and it seems everyone else does!

On to saving up for the 886B and 888P now!

Dude you're the most lucky guy, finding a brand new pair :P

@Jeantic, what's up with the double stitching? Why does it make a difference? Because I also noticed it, I have 3 thanaz and 3 thavar, tapered the thavars only. I have the feeling the thanaz's are good as they are now. So it has to do with the 3 stitchings? Btw I love that! I try to buy only thanaz for now on. I'm trying to find out what the differences are exactly fit wise, but I feel thanaz more than thavar.

oh my, those are some insane 72Ls. 72L and 8GZ are brothers.i gotta say thanaz from that season are just insane sh!t. AWESOME JAWNZ!!

i think double stitching make the inseam part rigid so we can't form the stack easily (i'm not really sure so correct me if i'm wrong)

I compared today and and they are not more separated on safado or thavar ;) Same shape, same emplacement, only stitching on the pocket changes.

Marcus, thanks man! Now I need 8gz icon_biggrin.gif

Saddock, safado pockets are almost placed on the sides, no way thavar is the same as safado.

wish you good luck on finding 8GZ :) !! they are so fantastic that make you cry, no kidding.

karacho, would you mind giving me your legs?? and those 8ne too !!!! i'm so envious haha

great look Karacho

I just think that its more difficult to stack both thavar and thanaz compared to Dior Homme becase DH only has a single thread going down the inseam as opposed to double or triple. I could be wrong but this was just my guess on the issue,it may have to do more with how much the jean is tapered below the knee as well.  i dunno

Marcus, I will try to make more pics with some shoes and stuff soon.

Karacho, thx! Btw I don't feel the same as you... my 8ne's are not that comfortable, but that's because I bought them sized down. Even tho it says stretch, the stretch on 72L is soooo much more comfortable (same size as 8ne). It really stretches when you wear it, but 8ne is not very stretchy.
My fault is that I want to buy everything in the same size (28), but it's better to look at the denim and then choose the size. Cotton or 8ne "stretch" size 29, and the real stretch jeans size 28.

So cool Karacho. So damn cool.
