Believe me ! Some users already mentioned, the wash is just art, so beautiful. You have to check jasonzathanweezy (lol don't know his exact username) fit pics in this thread, his pics do the jeans justice. Those pics made me buy them.

@Phukette 880r is a sick wash man.

believe it or not, these are my first and only thanaz. i think they fit pretty nicely and am looking into getting some more but i'm still so obsessed with the tepphar cut that i keep ending up getting those instead... i got my regular thavar size but in a 30 inseam and these are tighter everywhere, if that helps ya.

@YYLittle Prince, tepphars are great, my one and only gripe is the unconventional back pockets. throw some thavar pockets on there and i'll buy every wash.

thanks, they are W30 L30.. Thavars are strange..my 880m and 886b are W29,  the 8ne and 8x2 are W30 and fit almost the same..

Those Thavars look great. Having said that, I dont think I have ever seen you look badly in a pair of jeans. Thavar 8ne have been on my list for over a year now,but as time has gone on and Diesel have released so many awesome washes this season, they have kinda gone to the back of my mind. Bearing in mind what else is now available for similar money, would you say they are worth me getting?

I got them for £105 at Pavillion Clothing. I fully agree ad understand your point, I think that I tend to just spend a lot less and get my 'wardrobe staples' from ebay. I hear ya though. :-)

The jacket and Tee shouldnt be seen together IMO, but I couldnt be bothered to think about what else to wear today. I couldnt really catch the true colour of the Shioner, it kinda looks like a 'clean' pair here but they are actually quite 'splotchy'..........

Probably one of my favourite pairs and discovered 'my cut' at the same time. Shioner 74Y and Shioner 74Z next on my list.......

YY prince - you look really cool w/ all the skinny jeans man.. tall and skinny.  The Shioner looks super good on you.  I'm wearing my Shioner 8PN today too but I think you look better in this cut than me.

still haven't wore my new Tepphar 8PK yet, but this weekend looks like will be sunny out, hopefully will get a chance to wear it then!

Leftvapor I love your DBG t-shirt man..... so nice..

the 8PN is hard thicker denim.  it was pretty stiff when I first got it but now its bit softer and no longer crunchy, however still very solid thicker feel denim. 

I find this Shioner in this wash very low waist, compare to other Shioner's I've tried at stores (74Y, and some black solid one) where it sat higher on my waist.  Similar to the Tepphar 8PK, it also sits bit lower compare to 3 of my other Tepphars (881W, 884M and 8PI).

The thighs are fairly tight but not unbareable.  I think its because of the thicker denim and non stretch making it not super comfortable.   The holes are great, its lined w/ white back so you can't accidentally poke your toes through them, like the old 2003 Zathan 772's and even the newer 8PK.   The details of the jeans are just amazing, the square boxes on both sides of the legs definitely catch people's attention.

Overall I rate the jeans kick ass in looks and quality, comfort level is around 7 but heck we give that up to look good right?

thanks Leftvapor.. I have never seen the 8ne in real before, I just picked them up because I saw them today at the outletcenter for EUR 130 and they were exactly my size. But for full price? naah, like you said, there are too much other awesome washes out there :)  But I can assure you that you definately are going to love the Theppar 887Vs, such a superb wash!

Denimcollector and Leftvapor both Shioners looking awesome, I wish my Krooley 880w was a Shioner too ..

I actually got this Tee on ebay, some guy was knockin them out for £14.99 about 6 months back. Wondered what he was playing at but didnt complain!

Cheers for the info. I think I may look into the Shioner 8PN then. I got rid of my Thanaz 71J and the idea was to spend the cash on a similar light blue wash for the summer. I think Im definitely going to get the 74Z but I will look out for 8PN too. And yeah, who cares if they are tigh on the thighs,  a minor sacrifice :-)

P.S. I actually pocked my foot through the hole on the right leg of my Tepphar 8PK on Saturday. Straight home and re-enforced it with some light blue material and fabric glue. Actually looks quite cool now.

I think I will wait then and if I manage to pick them up cheap on ebay, i will get them that way. 130 euro is not too bad, I probably would have done the same as you as im also a 30x30.

Cant wait to get my Tepphar, I got them and Thavar 8880m coming in a 30x30, saved 50% off retail as I got them from an ebay seller. Really pleased with that.

I also picked up Krooley 880w before switching to Shioner. My legs looked huge in the Krooleys, so I sold them and took a gamble on the Shioner. Paid Off!

would love to see the 8PK patch work when you can... i did rip 2 of the threads already too first try.. god dammit, but since it's gonna be my summer jean heck w/ it.. more worn looks more characteristic.

the 74Z is definitely in the same color range.  to most people they cannot tell the difference but obviously not to the forum members here..  I think 74Z is much much softer and the cool circle whiskers like the 74Y is pretty cool. but then again how can you give up on the only pair of jeans w/ weird Square boxes on them?? 

I think you can say 8PN is a 71J mark 2? But i think the 71J denim is just a tad thinner than the 8PN.

im on the fence about 74y. I see some pics that look great but I see other washes that dont. what do you think of them/

am i the only one here that isn't terribly fond of the darts off the front pockets on shioners? it's cool when the thread is near invisible but most of the 'nice' washes i've seen have pretty serious contrast stitching and it just throws me off.

i will admit, i've been eyeing up the 8pn for a hot minute and they seem to look awesome on everyone. i second the notion of the squares being a unique, modern, excellent detail.

and, i just recieve these DHs from LVR.
