What Diesel are you wearing today? - Page 682

I need to go buy a battery charger for my camera so the pictures can be more clearer than my phone. But yea, for sure I will. Nice buy on the 8ne. I really like that wash, too bad it doesn't come in zatiny.

I love my Thavar 8NE's! I know you were hoping for them in Zatiny, but they do come in larkee and I must say they fit great! I only bought them in thavar because I've been making a conscious effort to get into skinny/tapered jeans, as a long time lover of bootcuts(specifically Zathan and Zatiny) I can tell you that the larkee's are an easy transition. Also, the wash is a little darker in the Larkee 8NE's and I must say I like it a little bit better.

Actually, it's funny you say that because they are by far my best fitting pair of zathans, the rise is perfect, it hugs the crotch, butt, and upper thighs perfect and has the perfect amount of length and flare for me. The only issues I have with them is they are so think and don't hold dye well. The wash when brand new was SICK! The blue grey look was so vivid and cool, I've had them for a little over a year now and washed them maybe 5 times in cold water, inside out, gentle cycle, and hung to dry and they still managed to loose all the character of the original wash icon_sad.gif they look like a cometely different pair of jeans now. I want to get another pair hopefully from the same lab and NEVER wash them.

My 8zt vikers did the same thing. Sucks about the dye fading. I agree when they were brand new the wash was absolutely beautiful! Im not sure why the faded so much on this wash. Almost like they were dyed a second time and not washed so when u washed at home it removed the second coating of dye. I will say out of all my vikers 8zt is the best fitting wash I have. As far as the thinness of the denim. I assumed it was so that the gray dye from the inside kind of bleed thru a bit and was visible to a degree. If it was too thick I don't think you'd get any of the gray highlights in areas...

Dunlah- I see that you purchased the 73H. Nice man, that is a really nice wash.

Yeah, but I won't get them for a couple of weeks... not until I fly to the US. Hope they're worth it. I'm a bit concerned about them being too small. Older washes seem to fit tighter for some reason.

73H does run a bit tighter

Hopefully they stretch then >.<

It's crazy how cuts can look so different on different people, all my Zatiny's are really tight in the thighs... You must be tall and skinny whereas I am short and stocky lol... Great looking jeans though!

Yep... it's a damn shame. I'm just going to have to find me another pair on ebay or something and use the ones I already own as a beater pair and only bust out the new unwashed ones on special occasions. I really feel like it's one of Diesel's most underrated washes.

Love the thanaz and the burberry. Burberry is my go to for collared shirts.

I just saw this. Lol. Yeah Im definitely not TALL and skinny. I am, however, short and skinny. Im about 5'9 140 lbs and Im 26 yrs old. So Im thinner than the average bear my age. Those zatiny's actually fit me very tight in the thighs but they havent been washes recently so they may look a little looser than they actually would be normally(fresh out the washer).

Well they look great on you nonetheless... I'm only 5'7 and 160 lbs so to me you look tall lol I'm worried that I'm too stocky for thanaz and skinny cuts but I really like them and I haven't gotten any negative feedback on the forum yet so I guess they don't look too bad. I'm seriously jealous of your stature though, you would look great in thanaz, can't wait to see the fit pics of your thavar 8ne's.

Thanks, bro. I will tell you that you do wear the skinnies very well. I cannot tell you are stocky by your pics. The 8b9's looks really good on you and it doesnt seem like they are too tight like they do on a lot of people who arent super thin. So you definitely got blessed there.

We're similar... I'm 5'10 and about 136lbs. What size do you wear?

I get a 29 normally but when I size down I get 28's. what about you?

Most of mine are 28 but for 74F I tried a 27. Wore them today. Tshirt, I bought in the sale.

your 74F looks worlds darker than mine. They  fit well.

It's probably the lighting... but they're definitely not a true blue as yours appear.

Mine are actually a VERY similar shade to 772's

Sounds better than mine. Mine look kinda dirty in natural light.

Dunlauh - Nice fit on those Zatiny's I think the downsize was a good idea.

Itsinmyjeans - bad ass outfit... Love the shirt with those safados!

Nice fit Dunlah. Mine stretched alot in the thigh area but the waist is tight.

Thanks, yeah I'm glad I downsized. I wish I'd done it for some other pairs too.

Mine stretched a little but they were never tight around the thighs anyway.
