funny hair styling discussion

well, I don't hate to go to hair stylist instead
infact, I like it
I played a lot of times with different hair colors, too (deep black with some blue tones, deep black with some violet tones, blond streaks, red streaks - don't know if streaks is the right word, in Italy we call this "meches", and it comes from French language)
it's just, I'm to laaaaaaazy to go on regular basis
plus, I'm always undecided on which cut to go with
and most of times, I'm not satisfied with the result

no offence but youve said stonewash jeans are a fashion here in england and unbutoned shirts are but to be honest there not.stonewash jeans arent,obviously a pair every now and thewn but not proper stonewash also unbuttoned shirts i hardly see,its more of an american thing and its got to be done right.

i just had my larkee on today with a pair of pull on white plimsolls and a hollister polo t shirt

I saw that many times you take as an "excuse" the fact that "people here are wearing this way"
my thought/question is (and it is a subtle one, I know, cause it borders the limit between fashion, personal taste and good taste in general)
is following a trend ALWAYS the thing to do?

Predominantly a style that was popular here in the late nineties and early 2000. I've seen a few people here and there doing something similar, but usually with a plaid shirt, v-neck, and skinny/straight-leg jeans.

And I should I add...if you're going for that look, use a long sleeved shirt instead and roll the sleeves up slightly. Short sleeves with an undershirt looks a bit childish IMO.
