I plussed this because I like some of the pieces (I have a soft spot for Jordans, especially those), but not together. The jeans are too light for the dark shoes, if you had dark jeans on that fit like that it would be badass to me. I also like 71R, I'm a douche like that

I'm going to agree with ross here. The pieces individually would look a lot nicer than they do as a whole.

Black shoes with such light jeans looks really awkward, not to mention the combination of Jordans with such slim fitting jeans. It kinda throws your proportions off and makes you look like you have hippo feet or something.

It was good up until I saw your feet. Different footwear would make this outfit worlds better. Jordans are definitely not doing much in this case.

I actually like that though. I'm in the minority here but sometimes it's not bad to have your feet look kinda chunky...after all, isn't that what's giving rise to this whole new RO-style footwear craze? I'd rather wear a slight modification of Brady's outfit than go drop $1K on some shit that takes the space-boot look to a ridiculous extreme.

The current trend is just a re-interpretation of what kids were doing in the late 80s and 90s, the essence of which brady' captured quite nicely...but the light denim with the black shoes sucks. If the Jordans were just the red+white or blue+white colorway he'd be golden...or if it was a different wash.

True, but I for one absolutely HATE those RO sneakers. I can't see anything appealing about them... they kill me to look at; especially knowing the price tag those suckers have on them. I saw a pair at Barneys in Las Vegas, and they were smaller than I thought they would be and the materials seem to be nice and all, but they are still freakin' hideous. I know a lot of people seem to like them, but I honestly don't see the appeal. I wouldn't even pay 1/10th of what they're asking, but once again, that's just me.

I know JSKidder, Mihalis et al will snicker, but I think the original formula is the best...I'd just go for some Jordans or other Nikes and some skinny jeans, that's what inspired the whole thing anyway.
