I just doublechecked and it looks to me more like
Zatiny 72L inseam 34
and
Zatiny 8KL inseam 32

Or the Euro of 72L is sooooo boring?
^second looks like 72M, but do they exist???
no 8KL looks not like that. they are both 72L. Maybe euro. I think they pictured just a boring pair.

Like the overload zatiny 8GR they had. I never saw a similar pair elsewhere
post #1186 of 1539
<sighs> no such thing as euro wash
Oh yes there is! (Shakes fist)

Absolute balls-hard proof: Euro Zatiny 8GR had different colored thread used for the back-pocket stitching. The back pockets had a night and day difference. Now if that isn't "Euro wash" then what in tarnation is it? And, no - none of the 8GRs sold at retail in the US had the dark-colored stitching. They all had light-colored glitter-stitch. They were distinctly different from the Euro 8GRs.

SO there! In yo' face! Pwnd. Hax0red. Teabaged. Sonned. Ok, maybe you're right.

lol. I really don't call them "Euro" washes but there are 4 Digit washes indeed that look different from their US Market counterparts. In addition to 8GR as Grondie mentioned, I've seen several Zathan 86Ts for example. The 4 digit 86Ts all seem to have more striations, more right pocket wear and have the waistband patch stitched on to the garment.

That wash in question looks slightly lighter than 72L... somewhat like 8KL but the pockets in that Yoox photo looks a bit different from 8KL.

ive noticed that w/the 70C's, scored a 4 digit lab bcuz of the attention to detail in the wash, indigo looked "richer" as well

why are so many of the newly listed pairs on yoox only available in 2 sizes??
do you think the other sizes will come up later???
For some of them, yes. Occasionally they do get some in only a few sizes but I've also seen them start with a few sizes and then get more stock later
post #1192 of 1539
ok,so I can wait and hope........

I've seen the so-called euro wash jean eg: 00796 as opposed to 796 in US stores, and I've seen the regular US versions in Canada, Spain, and Germany. Ditto for labs.

The thing you guys seem to forget is that when the jeans are made they don't necessarily know which market in which the jeans will get sold.

This whole idea that there's some special coding system (some combination of lab/lav or wash numbers) that correlates to a) better or more extreme wash treatments or b) sightings only in europe is disproven by anecdote alone.
