Hi. I am a newbie. I just wanted to know if there's a list of authenticity checks other than posting pictures. I want to check some jeans on my own. Someone i know is selling premium designer denims (name it they have it) at a very low price of $80/pair. And i asked where he got his stuff from since i've been buying mine at regular price from NM. Anyway, i wanted to take pics but i don't want to offend him by
saying i want to make sure. By the way, he told me his supplier is someone who works/knows someone who works at Bloomingdales. Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

1st ones are very fake. 2nd ones look a little strange...not really sure on those sorry

Real. lninos is an authentic seller. He only sells real stuff. If you do a search on the forum, you'll find a lot of posts on him. Also check the authentic retailers list in the R&R section.

Yep, I do think the actual wash is darker than what the pics show. I don't know much about how guy's R&R fit, but you might want to check out Henley, Floyd, or Taylor (flap pockets like Joeys).

I can't tell on these! One picture is blurry. It is a good deal on ebay from Canada.



If they are real, how much should I pay?

By the way, I saw a reference to honest forum in an ebay listing. Thanks to you guys, I didn't bid on a pair of fakes!!! Bless you!! I now know more of what to look for, but I am completely new to TR. I may still need help, like on these!

Thanks for the reply. I ended up letting these go. I really liked them and they sold for a reasonable price, but the seller did not send extra photos. I was really suspicious with the blurry photo and how the jeans were folded.

^ The fakes of these Rainbows are better than most others, so it's probably for the best that you didn't bid unless you got the extra pics. They did look good, but I'd want to be absolutely sure before I placed a bid.
