Dave, I can't speak for everyone else but I just want to say that the only thing the "downtime" did was make me realize how addicted I am to this site. I found myself clicking refresh every 30 mins with the hopes of getting my fix of HF. Yeah it was annoying but hopefully in the end the results are a better HF for the future.

A small but I think useful feature for lazy people such as myself would be to have the number of people currently in chat displayed next to the word "LiveChat" up top, so that from any window (not just the main screen) you can see if anyone is in there.
