TIA!

I called them on an item I was interested in. Shipping was around $35 if I remember correctly (I didn't order) and I'm sure you would get charged customs/duty on top of that. Is there someone in the States than you could send it to and have them ship it to you? That's what I ended up doing.

HORRIBLE! Don't do it! I once ordered a Juicy hoodie, b/c it was such a good deal. Shipping was $25 USD, and it was sent via UPS, so I got charged another $50 CDN once it got here. It was NOT worth it.

Yup, I agree. I ordered a Juicy hoodie (it was a sweet deal) but topped off with the $35 shipping and brokerage fees=not worth it. Now when I order I sent it to my dh's work addy in Detroit, MI and he brings it home.
For shipping to Canada, I prefer revolve.

I bought a Rebecca Minkoff bag with them once. The duties were calculated upon checkout and I didn't haven any issues with delivery or paying additional taxes. Other US websites don't offer this option and it's such a headache usually, I love websites to make this less of a headache.

It wasn't too bad for me.

I bought a Marc Jacobs handbag on sale, so it was still cheap even though I paid $38 tax.

I love what Shopbop carries!
