Avoid This Seller!!

Have to rant about seller belle.couture.

This woman is INSANE!!!! I won an auction of hers for supposed Super Ts. Well, she sent me photos and they were definitely not Super T's. And even with her low quality photos, it was obvious. The stitching was completely off and the place where the zigzag stitching is suppsoed to me is the plain red stitching.

So...I informed the seller that I won't me paying the jeans because the photos didn't match. Naturally, she opened a dispute and now she keeps accusing me of buying something I cannot afford. I was like..lady!! Look at my friggin' feedback!! I pay everything immediately. So we've been going at each other back and forth and my main reason for not paying is the photos. At first she says crap like "the photos match Super Ts". Then I explain to her how they are not Super Ts. Then she tells me not to ask for photos after an auctions end (which was my bad I admit). And I told her it doesnt matter because the jeans aren't remotely close to what she had in her auction. Then she tells me that she took photos of her own jeans. I was like..HELLOO?!!? Why are you posting photos of your own jeans? A question she never addressed. I mean..in the auctions to follow, she posted these same photos (the bototm 4):

She's trying to pass these off as Super Ts!!!!

And she won't stop bugging me!!!!!! I don't care if I have to deal w/ an nonpaying bidder strike. I really don't friggin care! EVeryone beware of this crazy seller!!

and I think she's a member on here or/and of authentic forum....you're right, the jeans in those blurry pics are def. not Super T.....

This looks like pictures of 3 pairs of jeans and one of them is definitly super T. Use the email in which she told you she took pictures of her jeans to get out of it. That proves she did not have the correct pics in the auction.

Cute dog though....even though it should not be next to the jeans laying on the floor.

Also I just noticed that the picture of her jeans the super Ts are not on the floor like the ones she was selling......Hmmmm

Makes me wonder where those pics came from?

the first picture is a stock pic, the next 2 are probably someone else pictures that she stole. The jeans in the last 4 do look real, but they're just not super Ts. I would have been hesitant to bid because she is offering sizes 26-31. And if someone has that many pairs of jeans and list in their auction "sizes 26-31 (contact seller with size before auction ending and we will work out a deal" I don't trust it. I highly doubt that person is a member (I really hope they're not). They could just be a lurker.
I'm not trying to fault you, but she added those last 4 pictures 3 days before you bid. (she added them the 18th, you bid the 21st). Just going by those last 4 pictures I would have known they weren't super T, and wouldn't have bid. Before you bid you should have asked her which jeans are the ones she's selling.

I would report her to ebay and they will get you out of the transaction. Just send them the photos of the jeans and tell them they are not what the seller stated in the auction.

it seems kinda shady how she just changed her ebay id within the last 30 days and she only has 97.1% feedback. I mean either way in her auction she does provide refund? so why dont you tell her that saying that even if you pay you can still return it so just skip the whole step? lol idk if im making sense but good luckkk

^^ I thought poprocks was toddshcultz. Otherwise she wouldn't be the winning bidder on this auction. She would have had to recieve a second chance offer, in which she could have declined. Unless poprocks is 'elsc0rch0' the winner from this auction. In which it does state in the title that it's big T, not super T .
Poprocks what is your ID?
Anyway that seller was selling fake zac posen jeans.

I am elsc0rch0. It was really stupid of me of bidding on them in the first place. For some reason I ha thought it was sz 26 w/ 31 inch inseam. I bid at the last moment and didn't pay too much into detail since the pics were legit...then she sent me the bottom 4 she added later int he auction toddshults won.

So after I won I requested for a sz 26 and photos of the actual jeans and that's when the trouble all started.

And about the Big T thingy...That was a mistake on her part. She told me they wre supposed to be Super Ts.

Do sellers normally bother buyers this much? If i were a seller I would have just given up and just try to get my insertion fee back from eBay. I don't know this lady is so adamant about me paying for the jeans...

In any case, avoid this seller. And I agree...I really hope she is not a forum member

^^ okay. I would ask her if she's a member here since she made a refernce to the site in her auctions. I really hope she isn't though. Cuz if she was she would know you're not supposed to offer different sizes in one auction if they're not being sold together. I guess you could try filing a complaint with ebay about that, since it's against their policy (don't remember what it's called)

hey my feedback is low not b/c i sell fakes or anything but b/c of some idiot NPB who was mad about a NPB strike. i'm sorry but "i already got some jeans from another seller and i won the auction and i forgot about yours so now i don't want them" doesn't cut it. sometimes you just get some craptastic people who just want to screw w/ you

Continuing my rant:

HER: do some research before bidding on something you cant pay for.

ME: Do some research before selling then. After doing some research, I learned that 'Listing a single item but offering additional identical items for sale in the item description is not permitted.'

HER: i dont need your advice, thank you.

ME: It's not advice. It's a RULE. You are breaking eBay's selling policy.

This seller is a serious problem. She posts multiple stolen images, of different items, and of different items than her description. I have received PMs from others who are aware of her misrepresentation of where she obtains her goods...which are fake. Just beware...

Look at the FB she left for him... within hours of him winning the auctions with exception to one (from June 21). Plus look at the kind of fb they leave each other

Also, both are located in BC, Canada. I believe in coincidences. I don't believe this is such an example.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON!! She lives in my area and is a complete and utter scammer. I already posted this on AF, but I'll re-post here. She purchases most, if not all of her items from Asia, and hold "denim parties", where she passes off these fakes for authentics. She even has the nerve to tell those that question her goods, that HERS are the authentics and the ones that they are wearing/own (the real deal) are the actual fakes.

She has her family and friends do her dirty work for her, and gets them to invite ppl to her denim parties. I was invited twice by a bankteller at my local bank. When I told her that I was not interested in wasting my money on fake jeans, she yelled at me! The bank teller's son, is the scammer's boyfriend, and I can't believe she supports that type of activity!

I hate when I read posts like this. It makes me so mad. I would hope the people who are wearing the authentic jeans know her stuff is fake... You should call the cops and have them do a raid or something.
