Hey All,

New to the boards, and this had probably already been asked.  New York Speed online shop, legit or fake?

Legit, I bought those Vikers through them as well!

This is a legal site. But I do not know what happened to them)). They have ceased to update their range, and they really gone somewhere. Their support has stopped responding to questions.

Thanks all.  Ordered.  Got one more purchase to verify as well.  I rarely order off evilbay, but these look sharp.  Anyone purchase from circlesquareca before?

Hi Guys,

I need some help if possible.  I have sold a pair of 8QU Black Thavar and the buyer has asked for a refund as he thinks they are fake (despite the fact I bought them from Diesel Flagship Store in London!).  This is the exact message the buyer sent:

"ok no1 how to spot fake diesel jeans on authentic forum as suggested by you, At the very bottom of the tag will be a strip of microstitching. This is your main source of proving authenticity. The microstitching should be full and defined. It should NOT look like a strip of shiny string, witch it dose on the jeans you sold me, If you look closely, you should make out the word “DIESEL” written into the mircostitch It is very hard to see, but all authentic pairs will have this. these jeans do not have this... also the size label on waist band has only size w 28 and no l 32 you can see this in your original listing photo i missed this at time of auction.. and fabric is sub standard hard and stiff and you can see through them if you hold them up to sun light. unlike you and your 40 pairs of diesel jean.. i only have a few pairs of diesel jeans that are not fake and the quality is quite obvious.. thanks for your time.. vincent"

and another

"Tag: The easiest way to determine the authenticity of a pair of jeans is to look at the Indian head tag. This tag should be located on the right side of the waistband. If the tag is found anywhere else, the jeans are fake. Behind the Indian tag will be 2 other tags, one describing information about the particular pair at hand (i.e.: model, wash, lab, and date of manufacture). The third tag is a disclaimer about how the “garment has been treated” etc… The important tag is the first one. The tag is either a white or tannish color (starting in ’06, all tags have been tannish). On the tag will be a stitching of an Indian head with the words “DIESEL-ONLY THE BRAVE-DIESEL” wrapped around the bottom half of the head. Under that will be the word “SIZE” and on the right hand side will be the size of the jeans. Below the size will be the words “MADE IN ITALY” or, in some cases, “MADE IN MOROCCO,” "MADE IN TUNISIA," or “MADE IN ROMANIA.” The vast majority of Diesels, however, are made in Italy. "

and then

"as i have read on the web site you suggested, At the very bottom of the tag the one with the indian head on (HAVE A LOOK ON YOUR OTHER 40 PAIRS OF DEISEL JEANS) will be a strip of microstitching. This is your main source of proving authenticity. The microstitching should be full and defined. It should NOT look like a strip of shiny string. If you look closely, you should make out the word “DIESEL” written into the mircostitching. It is very hard to see, but all authentic pairs will have this. but as it said on web site description all authentic diesel jean do have this the jeans you sold me do not have diesel written on its just a shiny bit of string thus making them FAKE.. "

I have suggested he takes them to the closest Diesel Store and ask them to check them and if they say they aren't authentic I'd refund but as I said I bought them directly from Diesel.  Hes starting to annoy me as hes a bit of a dickhead to be honest! Please see the pics and can you feedback on if you think Im going insaine as I think the buyer is driving me mad! Here is the link to the ad on here: http://www.denimblog.com/c/t/197294/bnwt-diesel-thavar-8qu-black-size-28x32

Thanks so much in advance guys and best wishes.

Hello everybody !

Does someone know if all authentic Diesel jeans come with the tag "Application 100% Cow Leather" or "Application Fake Leather", I received jeans without this tag... Does it mean that it is fake ? It's Thavar 8NE Blue Eyecons and everything seems ok... Just wondering...

Thanks :-)

it's ok, I found the same tags on some of my pairs too and some of them don't have any.

Hey guys I just purchased my 2nd pair of diesels (I'm pretty new) which is a pair of 888p from ebay seller apaches1880. Everything seems ok (the distresses and stuff) but the indian head tag seems to have uneven jagged edges. Is this normal? Below are a few pictures, any help would be great!

If you are in doubt, check it out here. fakes are not very common but they are on Ebay.
