And I actually sized up to a 30 only because they didn't have a 29. I normally wear a 30 in regular and a 29 in BIG-T and SUPER-T. These are 30, and fit a little looser than my normal 29s, but not a whole lot of a difference. So I would say they are pretty true to size compared to other big-ts. Hope this helps!
