No, I got them from greeneyedgirl79 who appears to have a history of buying fake jeans. One of them is a pair of RR Rainbows from lasamplesale, using these exact same pictures. So my guess is that lasamplesale sent these to greeneyedgirl79, who put them right back up on auction and sent them to me.

I'm upset at myself because I always do feedback checks before I bid...but I think I was so excited that I was first in line for Leici's secret auction that I assumed they were ok.

Oh boo, it says on Ebay that I have to wait until 10 days after auction close to file a dispute...is that true?? That sucks! Should I email the seller now and see if she'll do a refund now?

Oh no, she definitely did a bait and switch on you
Try doing a Paypal dispute right away.. if you just ask the seller for a refund, you will probably lose out on shipping costs as well. I hope you get your money back!

don't do a chargeback first! You have to file a Paypal dispute and then let that run its course. If they can't do much for you, then you can do a chargeback. Ask the seller for a refund first, sometimes they'll get scared into doing it without much trouble. I hope you get your $$ back!

Ebay has the 10 days wait because they want the buyer and seller to communicate and try to resolve any problem first before opening a dispute case. I agree NOT to do CC chargeback just yet because your Paypal account will be suspended, possibly indefinitely.
