Yeah, the word "discipline" exactly evokes "time out" on the playground. If talk_shows_on_mute did something wrong, why not just remove his mod status? The word "discpline" implies to me not just superiority in terms of position but also superiority in terms of intelligence and maturity, which I find problematic.
