She's pregnant there. That is what the stretch marks look like that you get when pregnant. NOT PRETTY. (and I'm not making fun because I sitll have some and it's been a year since I gave birth!)

WOW, she must have terrible after baby stretch marks! I didn't get mine til my baby dropped in the last month or so. FYI stretch marks don't go away nor are they avoidable with any cream...it's the tearing of collagen fibers that causes them. My daughter's 5 now and they are barely visible. Just tan a little and that helps a bunch unless they are terrible..then surgery is required.

Actually, there's a topical cream called Mederma which looks pretty well. It's meant for serious scars, but it works on stretch marks if you apply it everyday. It's a bit expensive, but if you have stretch marks which really bother you, I think its worth it.

That's when I got mine too^^
I religiously used Palmer's, and didn't get any and thought wow! maybe this stuff is working! Then, soon as I was in the final haul, I got a ton of stretch marks. Since yours^^ are barely visible after 5 years, I guess I must have hope that they will eventually fade away!

Yeah, I don't think he's gay either. I just think the Scientologists have brainwashed him into 'strangeness'.

Having an ultrasound was the best part when you're pregnant- it is soo exciting! I think you should only get them if they are medically necessary though- you are obviously not supposed to expose the baby to it all the time. Because of him (mostly), there is legislation banning the sale of us machines to anyone who is not a licensed professional.
But of course Tom thinks he is an expert as he is in everything else.

Same here; I thought I had gotten lucky with zero stretch marks from all the vitamin E and weird creams I'd been using and then the last week before my son was due, that theory went to shit. They aren't that noticeable now, and I use a self-tanner so that helps to hide them too.

Yah, Mederma will help with them going to barely visible, but it won't prevent or make them disappear. Stretch marks are differenct from scars, cuz scars are a different tissue buildup then collagen fibers. You don't, essentially tear the skin open, but you break its elasticity, so it doesn't stretch back. It's hard to explain. But, they should fade. I just can't believe she had them so bad, so early. Oh, and ultrasounds are okay...like one or 2, but more then that is dangerous. They end up raising the babies body temp which isn't good...kinda like a hot tub would...you're supposed to avoid those too. Yah, Tom is a freak. I haven't seen 1 of his movies since he made those comments about post pardum depression. Tom, if you read so well, read outside of scientology!
