Help, Looking for Authentic Sevens

Thank you for all the advice on spotting fake Seven's. I bought my authentic Seven's for $132 at Nordstroms while in Seattle at Christmas. I love them so much and I want to buy more, but I live in Canada and it is really difficult to find them here. There are stores in my city that sell them, but I question their authenticity and they are highly over-priced ($250 and up). I would appreciate any advice.

Hi! I'm from Canada as well, where are you at? Since you bought them in Seattle, are you from Vancouver? I used to live there, so I can tell you there are some good shops with legit merchandise. Off the top of my head there is Aritzia, Holt Renfrew, Obstruction, Mantique and el cartel (don't think they have Sevens tho), and I'm sure litebrite could give you more. But I know what you mean about them being expensive. They are upwards of $250 in Winnipeg (where I currently live), so that's why I buy most of mine online! Hope that helps!

Cool pawneternal.. i didnt know you used to live in vancouver! How do you like Winnipeg?

Anyhow, I was just at caban yesterday and they had a LOT of different styles and a bunch of diff sizes! Too bad none in my size. I saw flynts in several diff washes, orange & pink a-pockets, painted pockets, and the usual nyd, mne bootcuts. They also had the casablanca cropped a-pocket. Prices are pretty standard.

But yes, it's hard to cough up $250 for a pair, esp when you can buy them on ebay for ~80usd!

And I agree w/ all the places pawneternal mentioned. I think those places should have all authentic merchandise. Watch out for any returns though. Also try Below the Belt.. they had some havanas and a-pockets the last time i was there.

They sell Sevens at Below the Belt? You have to be kidding me. They sure don't in Winnipeg! Winnipeg is sometimes fun, but kind of boring. I didn't move here completely on my own choice (my fiancee lives here). Have you bought jeans in Vancouver? I was there last month, and there were no deals to be had. Boo!

Thanks for the list of stores Pawneternal. Vancouver would be the ideal place to go shopping for Seven's, but unfortunately I live in Edmonton.
I checked with Holt's awhile back and they only sell Seven's in Vancouver and Toronto. I would like to buy a new pair or two online, like you mentioned. Can you recommend a good store or seller that ships to Canada?

Edmonton? Cool! I like Edmonton. Just remember that shipping to Canada is always more! Anyways, stores that ship to Canada:

You do? That's cool! Small world indeed. I think the jeans around here are far to expensive, and the service is crap. I was at Fino on Corydon and they had no idea about washes, styles, etc. Ah well.

I know! I went to Moule and they wanted $298 for a pair of A pockets! I asked about Antiks and she looked at me like I was nuts lol

I only know of 2 places that sell 7s......Fino and Moule.
Do you know of anymore?

Moule is so expensive! They aren't a licensed Seven's dealer, that's why. Gotta charge the high mark-up on jeans bought from another store. Besides those two, Holt's in Portage Place sells a few, and I'm not sure about Swank. There was also a store closing on Grovesnor and they had one pair Paper Denims. One pair of jeans in the store. It was quite pathetic! I guess all others were sold. I know there is Danali, but they don't sell Sevens, only Paper Denims. That's why I don't bother and buy from online stores. I was wearing a pair of Chip and Peppers I bought from shopbop for $38, and I went to Showroom on Corydon and they had the exact same jeans I was wearing for $235. HA! The owner was there and commented "Nice jeans!" I almost laughed, but just said thanks. :P

Unfortunately no deals to be had in vancouver either. The only time SFAM and COH jeans go on sale at aritzia is during boxing day.. and they only knock off $10.

anneh- have you checked out underground? i saw lots of SFAM last time i was in Calgary... i think they have locations in edmonton too?

and i have had good experiences with goclothing.com and adasa.com. super fast shipping!!! but i had them ship to point roberts in washington because i didn't want to deal with the customs and brokerage fees.. they charge an arm and a leg shipping to canada.

Hey i wanted to bump this post up!

I am from Winnipeg too and i REFUSE to shop here. It is so expensive and they NEVER seem to have very many styles when i go. Plus they are never on sale either. So far i have bought my stuff when i go down to Minneapolis (goodness i love it there!). The stores i ahve checked out are so expensive even if i were to drive down to Minneapolis it would be cheaper :P

I have noticed a few new women's clothing stores that opened on Academy though...i may sheck them out this weekend.

My advice for the summer....get a few friends together, get a car, save up some cash, and drive down to minneapolis for 5 days or so. Really good shopping plus there is tons to do!

I'm from Vancouver too and used to live in Winnipeg! Small world. I have only checked out Aritzia for 7s and then went back to eBay. My husband would have a heart attack if I spent 250+ on a pair of jeans!

Saskatoon Sk here The shopping that y'all have in winn and edmonton is twenty times better than here...just imagine...we always make shopping trips to edmonton and calgary..

We have one store here that sells 7's and COh etc, but WAY overpriced (200 and up, most around 230-280). Revolve is AWESOME for Canadians, their free shipping applies to Canada too, they DON"t charge taxes (tho soemtimes you have to give the mailman like 7$ for duty) and the have quick shipping, and good deals w/ coupon codes/sales often.

Other than that, it's ebay and forum members here.

I have bought a pair at the expensive store here, cuz I felt guilty going in and trying on so many pairs for the fit and never leaving with anything it's my dues...

and yeah same thing...seven, COH, tr, PDC, diesel, miss sixty all 200 and up...

Revole also uses USPS so no insane brokerage fees unlike UPS and FEDEX
